These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "user") and AKGaur Technology Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the SIG Invoice software application, websites, backend services, and related documentation (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using SIG Invoice, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

3. User Accounts and Security
You may use SIG Invoice in guest/local mode without an account, or create a registered cloud account to access online synchronization and plan features. When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep your credentials up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us promptly at support@akgaur.com if you discover or suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Lawful Use & Acceptable Conduct
You agree to use SIG Invoice only for lawful business, commercial, or professional invoicing purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Service to generate fraudulent, deceptive, fictitious, or unlawful invoices, receipts, or financial documents.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity, security, or performance of the Service, servers, or networks.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or computer systems connected to the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from the Service, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or excessive programmatic requests that degrade service performance for other users.
5. User-Provided Data & Content Ownership
You retain all right, title, and interest in and to the business profiles, client records, invoice details, logos, line items, and notes that you enter, upload, or create using the Service ("User Content").
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, store, and transmit your User Content solely to provide, maintain, and support the Service for you in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and lawful authority to input, process, and manage all customer and business information you enter into SIG Invoice.
6. Invoicing & Tax Responsibility
SIG Invoice provides calculation, formatting, and document generation tools, including options for Goods and Services Tax (GST), Harmonized System of Nomenclature (HSN), Service Accounting Codes (SAC), and custom tax rates.
Not Legal, Financial, or Tax Advice: SIG Invoice and its outputs do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or professional financial advice. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of tax rates, calculations, customer identification numbers, invoice numbering sequences, and the legal validity of all issued invoices under applicable laws and regulations.
7. Local Mode Limitations & Independent Record Maintenance
When using SIG Invoice in guest/local mode, your invoices and records are stored solely in your device's local application storage. We have no access to, nor copies of, your locally stored data.
You acknowledge and agree that local data may be lost if you clear application cache or data, uninstall the app, lose or damage your device, or experience operating system errors. You are solely responsible for exporting, sharing, and maintaining independent copies of your invoice records.
8. Cloud Service Availability
We endeavor to maintain reliable service, but cloud synchronization, account authentication, and backend features may be subject to occasional scheduled maintenance, updates, or unscheduled technical disruptions. We do not warrant or promise uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous service availability.
9. Subscription Plans and Pricing
SIG Invoice offers a free tier as well as optional paid subscription plans that may provide enhanced cloud storage, multi-device synchronization, or an ad-free experience.
- Plan Details: Available subscription tiers, pricing, billing intervals, and included feature sets are displayed within the application prior to purchase.
- Prospective Adjustments: Changes to plans, pricing, or included features generally apply prospectively, subject to the purchase terms, marketplace rules, and applicable law.
10. Payments and Billing
Subscription payments are processed through authorized payment channels, including third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay) or mobile platform app store billing (such as Google Play Billing) where implemented.
By initiating a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment processor or marketplace to charge the indicated amount. You agree to comply with all relevant terms and conditions of the respective payment service.
11. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility, where applicable, is determined according to applicable law and the terms/policies of the payment channel or marketplace through which the purchase was made. Users may contact support@akgaur.com for assistance regarding billing or transaction inquiries.
12. Advertising
Free-tier users may be shown advertisements served via Google AdMob. Ads are delivered in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant consent settings. Active paid subscribers receive an ad-free experience during their active subscription term.
13. Intellectual Property
The SIG Invoice software, design, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, code, and interfaces are the exclusive intellectual property of AKGaur Technology Solutions or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the Service as expressly permitted herein, nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership or intellectual property rights in the Service.
14. Account Suspension & Voluntary Deletion
Suspension by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in unlawful or abusive conduct, or if necessary to safeguard security or comply with legal obligations.
Voluntary Deletion by You: You may delete your cloud account at any time directly within the application or by submitting a request via our Account Deletion page. Account deletion permanently removes your cloud profile, credentials, and cloud invoices, subject to the limited anonymized transaction retention described in our Privacy Policy.
15. Service Modifications
We may introduce new features, update user interfaces, modify existing functionality, or discontinue particular aspects of the Service to improve user experience, address security requirements, or adhere to evolving legal standards.
16. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
17. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AKGAUR TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION AND EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer laws that may apply.
19. Amendments to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When updates are published, the "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
